New Features and Improvements
ClubRunner Version 3.0 - New Email Communications Module
We are proud to introduce our new and improved Email Communications module on Version 3.0! Not only is it faster but it also allows you to have more control over your emails. Upon logging in, you will notice a new link on the Admin Page titled "Email Communications" under the My ClubRunner section. To transfer over your emails from the old Version 2.0 system to this, you will see a button titled "Migrate Emails" which will automatically transfer all the emails and drafts that were created in the past 3 months. For the time being, you can continue to use the Version 2.0 system as well however please note that emails created using this new system will not display on the Version 2.0 system.
Email Communications 3.0 - Links to Download Files
Similar to the way you are able to link to documents in the Website Designer and Content pages, you will now be able to link to download files and private documents from the new Email Communications center as well! To link to documents, simply highlight your text and click on the Link button on the editor. This will open up a new pop-up window which will give you the option to link to Custom Pages, External Links, Documents, etc. Simply select documents from this menu and then select your file.
Bulletin Designer 3.0 - News Widget Display Updates
You can now select whether you want to display the "read more" link and the news brief on your bulletin when using the Bulletin News widget. To change these options, click on the cog wheel to go to the properties screen.
Bulletin Designer 3.0 & Custom Pages - Help Tour Guide
An easy way to learn more about the Bulletin Designer & the Custom Page Designer, this tour covers each section and goes over every element found in the Designer screen. It starts off by covering general items such as how to change the bulletin/custom page layout, banner and footer. It moves on cover how to update widgets, the options available to you, and more. Finally the tour concludes by going over how to view your changes and then publish them. You have the option to open the tour at any time, by clicking on the "Start Tour" button found on the top right.
ClubRunner Version 3.0 - Story Titles Display Options
A popular request, we have added the option to hide story titles for both your home page stories and bulletin stories from the properties screen of the widget. Simply click on the cog wheel to go the properties screen of the home page stories or bulletin stories widget. Within the Content Properties section, you will see a new field titled "Show Content Item Title". Deselect this option to hide all the story titles from appearing.
ClubRunner Version 3.0 - Font Size Widget Options
You now have the ability to change the font size of story titles for both your home page stories and bulletin stories from the properties screen of the widget. Simply click on the cog wheel to go the properties screen of the home page stories or bulletin stories widget. Within the Content Properties section, you will see a new field titled "Content Item Title Font Size". Simply enter your found size here and refresh the preview pane to see how your change will look.
MyEventRunner - Ability to Delete Events
You asked for it! We're happy to introduce the ability to delete active and inactive events from your MyEventRunner Events listing. Under the Actions column, you will now see a 'delete' button which will allow you to remove the events you no longer want on your Events listing.

MyEventRunner - Registration Emails to Event Contact
Similar to Events 2.0, the event contact/chair for events created in MyEventRunner now has the option to be copied on new registration emails. This option has been enabled as the default setting however you can choose to turn these notifications off by deselecting this option from the Setup page. Please note, though there can be numerous contacts associated with the event, only the person listed as the primary contact of the event will receive these emails.
MyEventRunner - Display Event on District Calendar
Similar to Events 2.0, you can choose to have events created in MyEventRunner display on the District's calendar, if the District is also online with ClubRunner. To select this option, navigate to the setup page of the event and select the "Show on District Calendar" option.
District Grants 3.0 - Editing Capabilities Updated
Updates have been made as to the different stages that a Grant Application can be modified. If the status of the Grant application is set to Archived, Rejected or Completed, all editing capabilities are locked and the application cannot be modified.
District Grants 3.0 - Trained Members Effective Date
A new field entitled "Effective Date" has been added for Trained Members within the Grants module. This date will determine when the trained member is able to use this module, whereas previously the system used the "Trained On" date.
