New Features and Improvements
Email Message Center 3.0: Ability to set an email template as the default option
Clubs and Districts now have the ability to make any one of their email templates a default option, which means upon clicking on 'Compose New Message', the editor will automatically display the chosen template, which you will then be able to edit further. You will notice a new option titled "Make Default" under the Actions Column in the Email Templates page. Clicking on the link will update your selection and make the template your default option. When website administrators mark a template as default, this will take effect for all members, although each member also has the ability to mark any of the templates as default for themselves only.
Email Message Center 3.0: New confirmation message displays number of recipients prior to sending emails
Now, when you send an email from the Email Message Center, a confirmation message will appear with the recipient count, such that you can confirm how many people the email will be sent to.
Email Message Center 3.0: Friends list on distribution list displays whose friend the individual is
A popular request, you will now the see the name of the member in brackets whose friend has been added to the Friends of the Clubs list and appears in the email distribution list.
Website Designer 3.0 Sponsors: Sponsor ads page display options
More page options have been added to the subsequent secondary list of pages available for ads to be displayed on since we made this update in our last software release. To view the complete list and choose which pages to display the ads on, click on the Sponsor Settings link from the Sponsors page.
Events 2.0 List Page: Aesthetic changes
We've rolled out visual enhancements to the Events List to give the page a fresher look and feel. Upon clicking on the Event Details page, you will notice that as part of the new aesthetic changes, speakers and events are listed together and sorted by date.
District 3.0 Emails: Other Users added to recipient list
You will notice that the distribution list for District Emails now includes Other Users. If clubs have individuals listed as Other Users, they will appear under this category. Expanding the option will list the clubs that do have members under this category. You can further expand this club list and select either a few or all members as part of the recipient list.
