New Features and Improvements
Website Designer 3.0 - Ability to display a select number of speakers, within the time threshold specified
Whereas previously, the option available for displaying speakers was controlled only by the time threshold (i.e.: Years, Months, Days), you now have the option to further customize your speakers widget by selecting how many speakers you would like to display within that timeframe. This means that even if you input your entire speaker schedule for the entire month or year, you can filter the number of speakers displayed on the widget to a number of your choice.
Website Designer 3.0 - Enhancements made to the Online Registration Widget displayed on the Event Details Page
Based on your feedback, we've updated the logic behind the Online Registrations widget that is displayed on the Event Details page, in order for it to be able to reflect various scenarios in the setup process of an event. This means that based on the status of the event, the widget will either be hidden or displayed with more information:
Website Designer 3.0 - Changes to the default sorting on the Story List Page
The default sorting option for the Story List page on the home page is now set to 'date descending', which means your most recent stories will always display first. The same behaviour also holds true for the Story List Library. All other sorting options such as 'title, author and date' are still available.
Website Designer 3.0 - Visitor's name and email address is now included in the body of the "Contact Us" email sent from Website
Another popular request, now when a visitor fills in the Contact Us form on your website, their name and email address will be included in the body of the email sent to you such that it is easier to keep track of contacts.
Website Designer 3.0 - Ability to format Custom Page Title
To give you more control over formatting, we've made it simpler to format Custom Page titles. Similar to the option available for Stories, you will now see a 'Format Options' link next to the title field. Clicking on it will open a new editor window from where you will be able to easily bold, italicize, underline, change the font, colour and size of your title.
eBulletin 3.0 - Friends list on bulletin distribution list displays whose friend the individual is
Similar to the distribution list in the Email Message Center, you will now see the name of the member in brackets whose friend appears in the bulletin recipient list.
eBulletin 3.0 - New Rotary Theme available for Clubs and Districts
We're proud to release an official Rotary branded bulletin theme, which coincides with the look and feel of the Rotary website theme. This new theme mirrors the look and feel of the new Rotary brand, including colours and fonts. Clubs and Districts can implement this new look for their bulletins and can easily adopt the new brand and share a cohesive look with Rotary.org.
eBulletin 3.0 - Ability to display spouse's birthdays on Club bulletins
You now have the ability to further customize the Birthdays and Anniversaries widget by being able display the birthdays of the spouses of members as well. To turn this option on, simply click on the cog wheel on the widget to navigate to the Properties page, from where you can select the "Show Spouse Birthdays" option.
Enhanced Committee Module - Schedule emails functionality added
We've added an email scheduling option within the Email Center in the Enhanced Committees module! Similar to how you can schedule your emails to be sent at a later date and time from the Email Message Center, members of the committee can schedule their emails to go out at a time they prefer.
